Here at Amicable Divorce Services, we educate spouses who are considering divorce. Typically, couples come in together to learn their options so that they can choose the process that best suits their family’s needs.
At your initial consultation, you’ll learn about costs, timing, confidentiality versus public record, etc. Then you can go home to discuss what you learned and decide how to proceed.
You do not need to have your attorneys with you at your initial consultation, and in fact, attorneys typically play a small role in the majority of amicable divorces that we facilitate.
